The D-Link Share Port gig has been working out as a more and more steady thing. I just completed my 3rd video in 2 1/2 months! More importantly, the company that produces those videos had me record a 3 minute industrial session with some technical terms for a company introducing a new process for manufacturing their product. I haven’t had time over the holidays to mention that I have been picked up to do more traditional voice over “acting” with a company that produces audio drops or flavorful audio stories that take your mind into adventures. I’ll have an opportunity to tap into acting and accents that I haven’t used in quite some time. I’m really excited with how quickly I have made contacts through Craigslist, cold-calling, and getting back in touch with old friends. Shortly I will be looking to upgrade from the Shure KSM27 microphone to the Neumann TLM 103. Stay tuned!
